I think both NS Express Entry and NS Skilled Worker requires job offer or 1 year exp in canada.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.

So only chance is NS EE demand which is yet to open. Not sure when it will open.
Is 'nova-scotia-demand-express-entry' also a online this time?

Hi Guys who are planning to apply for NSPNP:

We know that Nova Scotia has nominated 1,350 immigrants under the Provincial Nominee Program in 2015. So we can expect this number to be kept, or if things are good.. increase

Another good news is that most prospective immigrants to Nova Scotia are able to apply to immigrate through a new online system.

Hopefully it will expedite the processing... no more waiting for 3, or 6.. months.

If I want to apply for this SINP in demand, do I really need a certification?
I have worked at engineering company for 4 years as a civil engineer yet I dont have any certification that mentioned on SINP website.
