what is the process for Nova Scotia provincial Nominee paper based application?
Are we supposed to create express entry profile first before sending the paper based application?. What happens if we decide to send the paper based application directly to Nova Scotia immigration office without having an express entry profile?

they are currently not accepting applications - and the new system will be online based. I will notify everyone about the start of the program, in the mean time join the group to get ready for the upcoming intake.
