Dear all,

I'm the one who received FN today.
I have a big concern that the format of my FN is totally different with others, even with the one who received FN a weeks ago.
The format of my FN is XEP0016***, three letters with 8 digital. Normally it should be two letters with 9 digital.
With this format of FN, I'm unable to check my application status on-line. 'Cause the system thinks the right format should be above normal one.
And they even didn't mention UCI in the Email. It's very strange.

Is there someone who faces the same situation with me? Should I be worried about my case?

It will take about one week to update your status on ECAS after received FN.

Hi guys,

I got my File No. today.

My files were received by CIC on Nov. 21st. and I paid application fee on line.

It seems that there are less cases by the end of the year than before. 'Cause I received my FN one week ago than anticipated.

Congrats. Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill. If it's from CIC, 8 or 9 , it's a FN / AOR. Start getting excited about receiving your Medical request
