Today i m going to submit my pasport to VFS.

I have a query..
I m planning to get married before going to canada. After my marriage how can I get visa for my wife to Canada ?

hi brother, you need process by "family sponsorship - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/index.asp" , before your first landing, you PR status is still not active, I know someone have same experience before, they got the marriage, then spouse may apply the travel visa, after landing the Canada, you need apply pr for her within in-land, or your wife need stay in your county until the PR visa ready, but please consult with your visa office to check what's the best option.

My files were received by CIC on Nov. 21st. and I paid application fee on line.

It seems that there are less cases by the end of the year than before. 'Cause I received my FN one week ago than anticipated.

Dear all,

I'm the one who received FN today.
I have a big concern that the format of my FN is totally different with others, even with the one who received FN a weeks ago.
The format of my FN is XEP0016***, three letters with 8 digital. Normally it should be two letters with 9 digital.
With this format of FN, I'm unable to check my application status on-line. 'Cause the system thinks the right format should be above normal one.
And they even didn't mention UCI in the Email. It's very strange.

Is there someone who faces the same situation with me? Should I be worried about my case?
