I would also like to know that I have also applied for temporary work permit in India for Canada on 23 Feb 2015 and recently on 5th March I have undergone through medical but I have not received any updated post that,

so any idea how long it should take post medical for VISA

Today my ECAS status changed into "In Process".
Second lines is updated "We started processing your application on February 9, 2015".

I didn't know why ECAS is not updated, it should be updated.

Myvquestion is that do I need to send the money receive of the medical test with my landing fees ?
Pl advice . I will send DD against landing fees as I can't pay online

No need to send medical test receipt, your panel medical will send your report directly.
Send only landing fees (DD) and other documents if they requested you.

Today I emailed CVO asking did they received my medical report as my online status still shows application received.

I got the reply saying that they have received my medical report.

Will CIC and VO be using email as primary means of communication, right? because I am unable to check my application status on ECAS.
