is it possible to know that do I have to create an express entry profile if I am nominated from Nova Scotia and I have also sent my application to CIO on 11 Jan 2015 as well ?

also need to know that I have not received any response from CIO that they have receive my application as per courier its been delivered on 21 Jan 2015,

pleae advice that How to track the process.

You already sent you application to CIO, no need to create Express Entry profile.
Now a days people get confirmation/AOR near about 04 months.
