Hi friends
I was just going through FSWP forum. There a query regarding a question in background declaration form. And I found that I also did a mistake in mentioning some information in IMM5669 ( background declaration ). I mentioned NO for all the answers.

Question no 6 (d)
Should I select 'yes' option as I applied for SINP and got refused due to CAP reached.

Question no 6(e)
Should I select 'yes' option as I applied for US student visa and got refused ?

You have done write thing . Don't worry everything will go smooth . By the way your application not refuse from SK AS YOUR application never be assessed and there is no file number for your application . You can say your file has been rejected due cap reached . Do not send extra information to CIC that you processing will be slow

application to SK is not a problem but declaration of US rejection should be made.

Take it easy GoCanada2015.....they will check your background and security for your criminality and you are not belonging to any activity. That it!!!!

15 of this month will make it 3months dat my app got to CIC yet no news from them. The worst is that they have not even started issuing AOR to October applicant. When will October applicant starts receiving update. The waiting is tiring.

In FSW they r granting visa within 6 months

I am waiting for my medicals.
Its more than a month now from the day my file reached to local visa office NDVO

I am a NSNP pnp applicant.

frustration level is increasing every day. Friends and family keep on asking when will u get ur visa bro. :-X ??? :-[

The same situation for ADVO , I don't know wt's the issue with PNP ?
