Nova Scotia PNP(RLMD)2014 applicants submitted their files for PR in CIO Sydney

I think when you apply in Federal Skill Worker Category than you receive PER from CIC other than category you receive AOR.
They mentioned in my email that they received my completed application and now has been put in process.

My application received on 18 August 2014, more than 60 days. Usually applicant got their AOR within 60 days.
Does anyone have any idea what's going in CIO?

u think that CIO will send my application back to me for this mistake ?

I applied for FSW from 2010.

I sent all requested Docs to LVO from 2012 and my status still "In Process" from 2012.

I think US applicants are treated as inland so AOR and MR will probably arrive at the same time.
