Yeah, noticed the same from other threads, applications from November and December 2021 are in a limbo There is no way to re- apply again too

Almost *all* applicants from Jan 2022 have a decision or review on their file

Older files are just stuck and lost.. Just feeling defeated

I applied on Nov 16, 2020, no update yet.

in cases where first application is in gckey and second in new portal, its seen that when they start processing new application, the old one is withdrawn automatically

I called irrc . They said my application is within estimated processing time . So they can't provide any update. Only option is to wait . They said they have started working on November applications now and soon will get an update

on which day you applied and from which country? by within estimated processing time did they mean the processing time shown on ircc website? anyways its a great news that they have atleast started with nov applications ( though we haven’t seen anyone getting ppr recently)
