How did you order your ATIP Note? How many days it took for you to get it?

I used the online tool to order the ATIP. paid $5 even I know the fact that I can get this for free.
I applied on Jan 16 and received email on 4th Feb, usually took 20 days, but there is nothing productive in my note.
but this matter give me some peace of mind that I will get a test letter soon,
Case Stage: Certificate Prep/ Clearances, so there is a possibility that they are doing a background check on my file. Only god knows when I will get a test date. however I have received notice to prepare for my exams on first week of January.

of course it will not help application move forward
but at least people will be able to find out the progress on their application.
You have a choice whether to order it or not.

If you order ATIP notes then does the Immigration officer know that you had ordered it.
Can ordering ATIP notes effect application processing negatively in any way?

there is no evident showing that it affects negatively.
I ordered mine and got test as usual. It is your right to have access to your application info and update.

I didn't hear or read at this form about any new RQ issued by CIC since DEC. 20th.
Does that means no more pre test RQ ???

Ah shoot. I meant CIT 0521. The notice to prepare. I will correct my post above.
Cit 0520 is the "RQ-lite". It's not the RQ.

I'm sure pre-test RQs are still being issued.

Finally done with the test at St. Clair! the immigration officer asked me very specific questions from my rq so it was very obvious she was reviewing my rq! at the end she said she was satisfied with all the documents i submitted and she will give a positive review. of course, she could not tell when i could possibly expect the oath!
btw, she did not keep my purple test invitation!? is that the standard, the fact they do not keep the invitation letter?
