Hello guys,

Can anyone advise me on the following situation?

i have given my BIO METRIC on 21/10/2019 but till TODAY

My status is:

Bio metrics We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details., But I haven't receive any message. I have reported technical issue, but again there is no response. Does anyone have the same situation? What should I do?

Check and see if your biometric number is visible in your application. If it is visible then no problem. But if its not visible then you need to contact your VFS office. They might have not updated it yet.

biometrics number is visible 0n my application then why i show in MY status as

how much time will take to update my status

Check it with vfs call center or chat they will help you out
