Not getting point for Canadian post-graduate degree

I have two post-graduate degrees. One from back home (1-year master’s program) and another from Canada (3-year master’s program). I did the credential evaluation together for my 1-year masters and 4-year bachelor degrees. Recently, I created my express entry profile using my both post-graduate degrees but I did not receive 30 points for my Canadian master’s degree. Is there anyone who knows why I am not getting points for my Canadian degree? Is this the reason that having 2 post-graduate degrees, the system only counts one?
In this case to increase my points and to get the points for my Canadian degree, can I delete my 1-year master’s degree information from my express entry profile and only keep my 4-year bachelor and Canadian masters degrees? I would highly appreciate if anybody answers my questions. Thank you

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.

I need for you to tell me what you answered for those questions in order to help you.

Thank you DelPiero07 for getting back to me. I selected the following answers:

1. Was this degree, diploma or certificate

My Answer: from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)

2. Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

My Answer: Yes, Do you think I should have selected "No' for this question because It was 100% in English.

3.Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.

My Answer: No

The second question asks if half of your courses were ESL or FSL courses (which are courses for you to LEARN the english or french language).

Answer is "no"

You will get your points within 24 hrs.

Thank you all for taking time to reply my questions. I have another last inquiry.
As I was not getting points, I withdrew my express entry profile. If I reapply, is that gonna be an issue?
