But my another friend applied in Sep 2013 has no test as well... I don't think you will wait for too long.

Test date was Sep 8
Oath date is Jan 15

So applications from Calgary still take 2 years from start to finish. Well, just under two years. I guess I will just not bother checking anymore.
I only send in June 2014. Friends in Ontario who sent at the same time have either completed the process of close to that.
Congrats to all those that have completed the process and are not citizens.
