No there is no certain timeline for it . It can take few more weeks .

I got Portal 1 on June 4th, replied same day, and I'm still waiting for Portal 2. I've just checked the July 2024 application spreadsheet and looks like there are many others in the same situation.

Same situation, I'm still waiting for Portal 2. I got Portal 1 on June 4th.

If you received Portal 1 from Etobicoke OV, it may take a longer time. I was looking at different posts online ( Reddit and Canadavisa), and it seems from Portal 1 to Portal 2 with Etobicoke, it takes between 30 to 40 days ( this is just based on what I observed from some data/posts it might be less or more).
