Hi there guys,

Upon checking different Q&As in the forum I realized that I might have missed a document at the time of applying. I recently submitted my PR application under the Ontario PNP (Non-Express Entry) stream. In my submission, I included the Confirmation of Nomination document but accidentally left out the Nomination Approval Letter since there was no part in the application that specifically asked for the Nomination approval letter, so I did not include it.

Will this be an issue, could they return my application for this? Should I wait until I receive my AOR to submit the missing document via Webform, or should I send it now even though I don’t have an application number yet?

Please answer this question for me, i'm desperate.
I have applied for NON EE PNP PR (OINP-PhD graduate stream) in July 2024 and got my AOR in early January. My wife is Canadian and she would like to stop living together to give herself time to think about the future of our relationship and whether we should come back together or separate permanently. I have two questions:
1-Should I inform IRCC once we stop living together or once we determine that separation is final?
2-Does this affect my application? Do I need to submit a separation agreement or a divorce document or should I just raise a webform to inform them without the need to submit supporting documents? Please keep in mind that my application has nothing to do with my wife and she is a Canadian citizen.

Hi @Miss bee, i hope you are doing well, i have a question regarding Noc. Do you think IRCC would reject application based on NOC for example not agreeing with the NOC that was approved from pnp? does it ever happen with non express entry applications?

I would send it now. Use your UCI to submit the webform. Explain that you missed that document in your initial application.

I have inquiry regarding my birth certificate. I have applied in master's stream in non express entry for my PR. I have different name in my birth certificate and for that I attached affidavit with my PR file. But it is 2 year old and I recently came to know that affidavite is only valid for 6 months. I was in india recently so I applied to change my name in birth certificate, which is still in process and not sure if they will change it or not. So, I also got new affidavit before coming back to canada in case they do not provide me new birth certificate with my current name. This process may take couple of weeks.


So, what should I do in this situation?


if i do not get new birth certificate should i raise webform and submit affidavite before or after receiving AOR?


And as i mentioned above i have been to india after I submitted my PR file. So. In this case, do I need to provide PCC or any other document through webform?

Don't wait for them to ask . You should renew your passport asap and send them through webform . When they usually request they give you 30 days or 15 days to submit documents. I don't think so you can get new passport in that time timeframe.

@Miss bee But can’t renew before 6 months of passport expire what shud I do now since my OINP support letter expires on March 3rd

hi @Miss bee I'm really stressed, i applied for my pr in non express entry july 29, 2024 and got my AOR 14 jan 2025 but i only got aor no BIL even though i paid the biometrcis fee before sending my application, i tried calling Ircc but nobody answers and the call just ends by itself, after that i've received nothing. someone please help me im so stressed, i see others get their BIL w their AOR, why not me ?

what should i do please help. thank you
