In my case, it was updated with the date in GCKey after a few days.

PAL with old medical: Nov 9th
< After a while >
Medical document number in the tracker says the expiry date Nov 13rd, 2024
Medical was blank on GCKey
< After a while >
Medical completed on the tracker: Nov 17th
Medical passed on GCKey: Nov 18th

Hey there could you help me with your medicals what happens later it went blank have you made any contact with ircc regarding that I’m in the same boat your suggestions will help me

Now after Aor or biomeetrics people will have to wait for 21 months in non express ?

I have a same question as well do we need to wait for 21 months if our file was submitted last year before November because timeline was changed later
