I have been really worried about it cos i applied for my work permit yet there has been no response since aug 11, 2024

Yed if you don't have TFN , you can just use UCI to send webform .

No you just need to electronically sign your application

You can fill form , print it and sign it with your hand and then send pdf copy .

If

If your job position and job duties has been changed, you should inform PNP office and IRCC . It's mandatory part of PNP post nomination process.

I have applied for PR through NON EE PNP (OINP-PhD Graduate Stream) in July 2024. I received my AOR in January 2025. My PGWP expire in March 2026. My question is: If my employer is willing to obtain an LMIA for me, is it worth it to go through that and apply to CEC stream or is it better to wait out the outcome of my current application with IRCC and apply for a bridging open work permit?

Your employer doesn't need to obtain LMIA . You can apply for BOWP if you don't have employer restrictions on your nomination certificate. If your nomination is tied your employer have to submit job offer in employer portal and pay $230 compliance fees and you have to apply for closed work permit with help of WPsL.
If you have enough points, you can certainly apply for CEC PR application. You need to submit all required documents and pay another application fees .

Hi @Miss bee hope you are doing well.

I applied as PNP and received my AOR and ADR including biometrics and Medical which everything is submitted and passed. My tracker shows background check in process.

However, I received an email from CIC-Windsor ON ending with cic.gc.ca which requested to update my background/declaration form.
I'm a bit concerned on if the email is legit from IRCC and not a scam? it doesn't say do not reply and it doesn't give any direction on how to submit the form.

Can CIC request documents directly per email?

Hi Everyone,

1. For the ADRs, do we get an email from the IRCC that the issue has been fixed? Or do I just have to hope that the sent documents are enough to fix the problem? I only got an email saying the documents are added to the application.
2. After AOR, When can we expect to get information on how to get our Medicals?

Actually it was a work permit extension so it said i can't track it
