No issue at all . Make sure your name is correct on all PR documents and application you filed otherwise wrong name on paystub doesn’t have any impact on your application. Also ask your employer to fix it in present paystubs .
Hi @Miss bee, do you have any idea for Primary office Sydney and secondary office Etobicoke, How long processing time for Etobicoke office?

Hello All, I have done my education in interior design and have been working in Ontario for more than 2yrs now being on PGWP. Although an interior designer, I have been having the job duties and responsibilities of a BIM Technologist or a Design and drafting Technologist. I am currently in a big dilemma - what NOC should I mention as my primary NOC on my application? Education and job title corresponds to NOC 52121 (Interior Designer and Interior Decorator) but all job duties and responsibilities for past jobs and current job align with NOC 22212 ( Drafting Technologist and Technicians). Moreover my current employer is bit skeptical to provide any info related NOC on the employment letter which may be other than my educational background, rather they do not want to mention about NOC at all. I expect more chances of receiving the invitation for NOC 22212, if we compare the current trend of invitations for NOC 52121 and 22212. I am worried that if I apply by using NOC 22212, but have my education and job title not corresponding to it, then I may have my application get rejected. Any type of guidance is appreciated. Thanks..!!

@Miss bee , I recently submitting my PR application after they rejected it due to incomplete IMM5406. However, i wanted to update all the dates on my documents. Thus i called IRCC and they told me they will cancel my submission and i should do a new submission. Can i do a new submission on the existing profile or should i create a new profile with a different email address to do the new submission? Because my concern is they will cancel all applications related to that existing email profile.
If your application has been returned, you can modify same application and change dates to new one . If it doesn’t work, you can submit new application.

Hello @Miss bee thanks for your last response it was very helpful. I have another question though. My visa debit card has some issues that would take a couple of days to resolve and I need to pay for my application and submit ASAP, so i am planning to use my sister's card for the payment. Will this be a problem?
Yes you can do that . You can use her card to fees and make sure she knows about it .

Guys what is current processing time for non express entry PNP applicants after receiving AOR ?

Is it anticipated to get worse with new immigration restrictions?

Currently 4 months-12 months these days . If you are stuck in comprehensive security check, then maybe more.

Thanks @Miss bee . So I will create a new application within the same profile. I hope IRCc does not cancel all submissions in that profile?

I am now getting really concerned about my non EE application.

I got my AOR Jul 2, PAL , ADR and Medical request on Jul 12.
Medical shows not received - even though the medical center confirmed they submitted and we also sent E sheet through webform
10th Oct - Additional documents under review
28th Sep - GCMS notes requested which are not received yet

My work permit expires Dec 30 which was restricted due to passport validity. I submitted the extension Jul 6th online and to date no movement. the letter for submission says I can work until Jan 2 2025 so not much of a help

If i dont get my WP renewed by Dec 30th I lose my job. The progress on non EE application has stalled with no updates whatsoever. I also reached out to my MPP who said they ll follow up with IRCC

@Miss bee Please advise what should I do

Thank you very much. I have another question, my dependent children have a visitor's record which they got at the border when we arrived, It expires in April 2025 although I have applied for study permits for them. In filling my PR application when they asked for their Status I chose " visitor " from the drop down that had 1. citizen 2. Permanent Resident 3. visitor 4 Refugee and 5. Others, I chose "Visitor" is this correct? Or should I chose "Other" and write "Visitor's record?
