Hi @Miss bee,

What happened
Absolutely. You should find new job and submit post nomination request to PNP office asap . They will revise your nomination certificate and issue you WPSL . In meanwhile if you gave got AOR and no employer restrictions on your certificate, you can submit BOWP application anytime even now too .
Hi @Miss bee,

What happened if i got another job but different role. It is possible for OINP to accept the change in role and title of the job?
My old job was Software Developer but this new job gonna be more on the business side with a lower median wage.
The same company willing to hired me again and support with OINP/Employer portal closed WP documentation. But i have to work as a Senior Analyst for business not an IT job.

If you received nomination certificate then You might received below four documents form PNP as well. Now, They want you to apply for Non-express entry for Permanent residency. Meanwhile, nominee must apply for LMIA-exempt, employer specific work permit (closed work permit) if their current work permit is about to expire.

1. Work permit support letter,
2. Nominee certificate
3. Minister welcome letter
4. Nomination Approval letter.

THIS IS NOT END HERE, YOU MUST FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR EMPLOYER BELOW AND DO BELOW STEPS because IRCC needs proof that your employer has paid compliance fees. IF your failed to do this your application will be rejected even after received Nominee Certificate.

You need Application number and Payment code numbers to fill out IMM5710e form for your work permit extension. so that you would select employer specific LMIA exempt work permit. before that you should reach our your employer and inform to create a job offer for you, on Employer Portal. (just like GC key)

Document from employer end.

5. Application Number (example: Axxxxxxx) of created profile by your employer for you.
6. Your Employer need to pay Compliance fees, once he submitted all form on Employer Portal which is $230 CAD, and tell them to take screenshot of payment. Payment number (Start with Oxxxxxx) you might need it when you are filling IMM5710.
7. Your most recent employment letter along with contract letter. It should be sign by employer and you (nominee).

Link: Employer Portal - Canada.ca
Thanks again for explaining the process. I got everything needed from my employer such as application number & the payment receipt.

Under the document checklist, there's a section with "Invitation Letter (required)" under supporting documents. I'm confused with this requirement. What am I supposed to upload here in my case?

You must provide a letter of invitation from the person inviting you to Canada. The letter must be written by the host and should have specific information about the host and invitee.
The letter should state the purpose and length of the visit, the nature of the relationship between you and the host, the contact information of the host, etc.
If you are being invited to conduct business in Canada, a letter of invitation should be printed on the company's letterhead and include:
  • the host's full name, title and business contact information
  • a brief summary of the reason for the invitation, including details of the business or trade to be undertaken
  • the full names of all employees from your company who are being invited by your host
  • the intended duration and a detailed itinerary of the visit
  • a statement specifying who will be responsible for all travel-related expenses
Here's the supporting documents it's asking me to upload:

Not providedOffer of Employment (required)Instructions - Document: Offer of Employment
Not providedPassport (required)Instructions - Document: Passport
Not providedInvitation Letter (required)Instructions - Document: Invitation Letter
Not providedDigital photo (required)Instructions - Document: Digital photo
Not providedProof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered (required)

Hi @Miss bee , I have a case specific question. I am waiting for my copr for almost 4 months now. I uploaded my photo after receiving p2 in June. I called Ircc several times, replied to p1 email several times, submitted webform but no help. What can I do in this situation? Thank you in advance.

Try to get contact with your Local MP and ask him to follow up on behalf of you.

An invitation letter is not for someone who is already in Canada (confirmed by an immigration lawyer).
Upload letter of employment in place of invitation as proof that you are already in Canada.

Thanks Miss bee for replying.

Since there's no section to asking to upload the compliance fee receipt, do I upload it under optional documents?

Hi @Miss bee

I'm editing the PNP application that was returned, hoping that this time I get everything right. When I enter the application, now every form shows as "Incomplete", and in the supporting documents, every item has the message "This document is incomplete, please review and update the document". I'm wondering if this is normal, because the only reason it was given to me for returning my application was my birth certificate.
