If you received nomination certificate then You might received below four documents form PNP as well. Now, They want you to apply for Non-express entry for Permanent residency. Meanwhile, nominee must apply for LMIA-exempt, employer specific work permit (closed work permit) if their current work permit is about to expire.
1. Work permit support letter,
2. Nominee certificate
3. Minister welcome letter
4. Nomination Approval letter.
THIS IS NOT END HERE, YOU MUST FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR EMPLOYER BELOW AND DO BELOW STEPS because IRCC needs proof that your employer has paid compliance fees. IF your failed to do this your application will be rejected even after received Nominee Certificate.
You need Application number and Payment code numbers to fill out IMM5710e form for your work permit extension. so that you would select employer specific LMIA exempt work permit. before that you should reach our your employer and inform to create a job offer for you, on Employer Portal. (just like GC key)

5. Application Number (example: Axxxxxxx) of created profile by your employer for you.
6. Your Employer need to pay Compliance fees, once he submitted all form on Employer Portal which is $230 CAD, and tell them to take screenshot of payment. Payment number (Start with Oxxxxxx) you might need it when you are filling IMM5710.
7. Your most recent employment letter along with contract letter. It should be sign by employer and you (nominee).

In the form imm5669, in the questionnaires, question for they asked if any of our application was denied in the past, I picked yes, this is my reason. And I gave reason why I picked yes, because there was not withdrawal option there. I withdrew my PR application after my nomination was withdrawn because my connection left the province, then I did not meet up with the condition in which I was nominated again. So I withdrew my application before AOR.Later in the year I got a refusal message that my pr application was refused because I didn't meet up with PNP condition, now, picking yes in the question number 4 that I was once denied PR application am I right ? Cos I actually withdrew the application before AOR but got refusal message. Please what's your view on this?

Thank you for replying. After I find another job I have to update PNP office and wait for them to give me a new work support letter? And then ask my new employer to use that new work support letter to apply on Employer Portal for me to apply for a closed Work Permit correct?
My only concerning is waiting for the whole process again with my new employer while my current work permit expiring soon on 28 Oct.
This means your application is in last stage of your processing and under Final review by officer . You can get portal 1 email soon .

Yes you are correct. You should answer yes in both cases and mention that application was withdrawn and if you have application number mention it . You can mention like application withdrawn but later refused . Please find attached application number- EP-xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Absolutely. You should find new job and submit post nomination request to PNP office asap . They will revise your nomination certificate and issue you WPSL . In meanwhile if you gave got AOR and no employer restrictions on your certificate, you can submit BOWP application anytime even now too .

Please what's the second one you mean I should answer yes, I only ticked yes for the number 4 or D but ticked no for question E, because I have not traveled out not to talk of ordered to leave any country, maybe I didn't understand the question. Pls enlighten me to know the best answer
