Hi @Miss bee I hope you having good time.
I need your help and review in below point...
I have submitted my NON EE with my spouse and didn't receive AOR
My question is I didn't attached my previous work experience proof where I worked in lMM 5669.
Do I need to submit those all previous work history proof ?
Should I raise web form for this or wait until they ask to do so ?
and also same for my spouse ?

My spouse has baseness before and it is not registered then should I submit all explanation with affidavit.

No need to show any proof for previous work experience. You are supposed to mention everything under Schedule A form under work activity. You don’t need to show any proof. For using webform with AOR , you can simply use with UCI number.

When an application is transferred to a specific office, like Winnipeg, for additional review and verification, it often indicates that IRCC is conducting further checks, which could be due to factors like verifying employment history, education, or background details. This transfer to a non-routine processing queue can lengthen the processing time.
Typically, once an application is flagged as non-routine and requires additional review, processing may be delayed by several weeks or even months. Exact timelines can vary significantly depending on the office’s workload, the complexity of the additional verification needed, and the availability of requested information from third parties.
While it is difficult to predict a precise timeline, you may experience a delay of several months. Staying in contact with your local MP office, as you’ve done, can be helpful for updates. Additionally, you can consider sending a webform inquiry every few months if there are no updates.

IRCC generally tries to work with applicants to resolve any missing or unclear details. If there’s any information they need, it’s common for them to request additional documents or explanations before making a decision. Receiving additional document requests (ADR) or clarification requests is usually a sign that they want to verify something rather than deny the application outright.
If you respond promptly and provide the needed information or clarification, it greatly improves the chances of a positive outcome. It’s understandable to feel tense, but it sounds like you’re staying on top of things, which is key.

Reactions: Canada Process
I read your response with interest as my PGWP is also expiring Dec 31, 2024 because the validity was restricted due to passport expiry. I renwed passport and applied for PGWP extension. Is that no longer an option? Also I applied online, some commenters on the forum advised applying on paper but others have had theres renew online. I am still awaiting for PGWP renewal, I submitted beginning of July. Should i apply for a BOWP instead?
Which stream did you apply in? And did you get your AOR already?

Just trying to know how smooth was it with the passport renewal assuming you did it after submitting the application in the PR portal

Hi your visa office??

@Miss bee I received my ECOPR on October 7th, linked to GC Key on October 8th, but there have been no updates since then on my PR Card. It has now been 36 days. When I contacted IRCC by phone, but that didn't help. Do you have any recommendations for actions I can take besides waiting?
