Thank you very much for your kind answer and for bringing peace of mind to me and my family.
For now you should stop working and also if call them every week and get status of your application. Also don’t leave it country as you can’t return back .

I have indeed already spoken to my employee and I am on unpaid leave of absence and we both signed a letter (so I keep my contract with them and do not get paid since I am not working).
I think that is enough to prove that I am not working and I can still be nominated as an OINP Employee Job Offer.

Yes absolutely. If you are unpaid leave and retuning back to work and stuck due to work permit issues,it won’t be any issue. If PNP office ask for documents send that letter as well as proof that you have applied for work permit.
Hello @Miss bee I have applied Non EE through OINP Masters graduate on 29th of April. I got biometric letter in 4 months and also got my medicals passed on Sep 18th and received PAL. However, I do not see the AOR or TFN. Is this normal? Should I take any steps? Appreciate your help to such a big community!
They must send you AOR . It maybe went into your spam email or they actually never sent you one . Anyway not an issue. There should be application number on your biometrics letter. You can use that number to link your application online to GCKEY . If you need AOR to extend your work permit, call them and ask them to resend you email.
Is applying gcms notes helpful?
Like if it shows that file is under this process. But we can not change anything or nor it will faster the process. So what is the use of gcms notes?
My file status changed on 1 August that: we are reviewing the additional documents you have provided.
If the notes also shows the same thing then what is the use of it?

Thank you @Miss bee ! Yes I was successfully able to link my application to GC key. As I do not need to renew work permit, I would rather wait for the decision! What would you think the current average Lead times from PAL to COPR?
I only got an email with application number saying "This confirms that your application received by IRCC". Am I suppose to get an AOR letter?
AOR does not come right after applying, it takes them around 4 months to send you an AOR.
Not sure when you applied but keep that in mind.
I was applied on May 17th, but mistakenly I didn’t paid biometric, I thought previously given biometrics was enough. Now after 4 months they send an email to pay the biometrics and I paid. Not sure how long its gonna take for AOR and BIL.

I didn't get any confirmation of receipt of the response I sent with the details that IRCC requested. I just wanted to confirm if that's normal? I'm a bit worried they haven't received my information
