I have a question regarding the IMM 0008 SCH4 form. As I am currently working in Canada, is there a minimum amount of funds required (in this form they ask for the amount of funds we have)? If I have something between CAD 1,000 and CAD 4,000 in my accounts—would this be sufficient?

I am applying under the OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream.

AOR is taking around 4-5 months and depends too . If you got AOR , you can certainly apply for BOWP if you don’t have employer restrictions on your nomination certificate.

It says restricted to Ontario employer on my nomination certificate to the current employer. The stream is Employer Job offer - Foreign workers.

Does this mean I cannot apply for BOWP and have to be on closed work permit until I get PR?

I called IRCC and they said EG and BG have passed already but Gckey has not been updated yet and I am waiting for the final decision to be done.

I received my eCOPR today with my family, but I had already applied for a renewal of my spouse's work permit and a visitor’s visa for my child. Can I cancel those applications, and would I be eligible for a refund since it has been 2 months with no decision?

I’m in the process of gathering documents for Provincial Nominee Class application. In the checklist IMM 0199 I came across National IDs and family registry submission requirement. Is it mandatory? Or passport should be good enough? Just a remark that I do have a National ID additionally to a passport.

Yes you can submit webform to withdraw both applications. It can take 2-3 months for withdrawal.

Certainly you can . Only latest work permit will be valid after approval.
