Hi,
Still anyone here with AR from 2021?
There were less than two weeks strike in April. It is June now. Yet, they still blame the strike. How come two weeks of strike makes 2 months delay?!
Any problem in the world can be used for them as a good excuse for not working. When the strike card is used too much after a decade or so, they can still go back to COVID-19 card in 2039. When they run out of this excuse, the next one would be "due to sneeze of employees".

This is very sad. They have no excuse.

Still waiting here. Nothing updated since last may. It was medical pass.
I'm still stucking at criminal check. I can't believe it takes over a year for that. I gave them all of my documents and my wife also, thats crazy.

I agree. I am not sure if I'm right but you said you were apart of the military in Korea? And you have spoken to your MP? I think this year will be yours, keep holding the faith, you will get the good news soon. I know someone who was waiting since 2020 and they just got through January.

Thank you for your words.

Yes I served for Korean air force about 10 years ago, my record is so clean as well. And Yes I already ask help to MP but They said like this "It is important to note in our response to you that neither MP’s nor their offices have any ability to “ speed things up “ with IRCC. Processing times are based on queues - queues that are not able to be influenced. That is a healthy sign for “ Fairness “ within the immigration system in Canada."

"Fairness" ha, I don't think there is fair anywhere i guess

Yeah I agree with you and I understand how frustrating it can be, I waited a year and it was hard. You will be on your way soon.

For ADR, they asked for- Recent paystubs, Job duties letter and a copy of my PGWP.
BIL stands for Biometrics Instructions Letter, or some call it Biometrics request.
What is your stream? why they ask anything related to job? isn't no job offer stream mention in the nomination paper?
