This is very hard to say unfortunately.

It depends on if your diabetes will cost the taxpayer $120,285 over 5 years (or $24,057 per year). This figure is known as the "Excess Demand" threshold. How much does your insulin cost? They may ask you to explain how much your treatments/medicines cost and need to see it go well under that threshold.
Thanks for the info.

So my view and point of contention is this. What constitutes as permanent residency from IRCC's perspective? Is it when an applicant get portal 1/PPR, the approval of the application, or when an applicant gets ECOPR? Because technically speaking, they could approve a decision now and time the ECOPR for when their targets reset in January.

Also, and again this may be down to IRCC's arcane wizardry, if we had all applied in 2021/early 2022, you'd think we would be captured in the targets for this year?

TBH from my understanding of corporations and government, these types of targets aren't easy to meet and over the December period it could be like Oprah: "AND YOU GET COPR AND YOU GET COPR AND YOU GET COPR"
Yes, there are so many unknowns that all we can do is shoot in the dark. A part of me feels tempted to look at available data and try to make sense of what IRCC is doing, and another (more sensible) part of me says that it is futile to make such analyses with incomplete information. A friend told me that I should just surrender myself to the universe and let it be  .

Idk if I am lucky or not

AR - October 25th 2022
AOR - November 21st, 2022, today.
In my opinion this is the way it needs to be. It is grossly unfair for any service provider to make people wait 3 months, 5 months, 12 months and 18 months just to tell us: "Your application is complete."

I'll be watching how quickly the rest of your steps go.

My physician's office contacted me today to let me know they expect to transmit my medical results to IRCC by Wednesday. I hope I get DM by my birthday in early December!!!!!!

At least, now I can fix the mistake I had on my imm5669 lol.

On the good side tho, idk if you follow football or not, but congratulations on England's win today

Thanks! Silly me I didn't set up my Canadian betting account :(. I called all the games results correctly so far! Oh well.

My prediction is Spain vs England final.

its gonna be either argentina vs england or brazil vs england
IMO I don't think a South American team will make it to the final for a long time.

The reason being Europe is just too rich, has a very deep pool of players, will happily grant out citizenships to exceptional athletes to keep them and just have the best facilities in the world. For that reason I think European teams are much better positioned to beat non-Euro teams.

Hi!
Did anyone got ADR on the IMM5669?
I tried to upload the updated form (with an extra sheet because my personal history will not fit in the table), but it did not work.
So I submitted via Webform the IMM5669 form.
