My PNP nomination certificate expiry date is January 31, 2025 and I did not receive AOR.
Will my file be returned or refused due to this Expiry thing? Or how that works
What should I do?

As long as you submitted your application before the expiry date, you're fine.

Work permit application timelines are now showing 125days for inside Canada applicants.....So i don't know why some people are receiving it much later.....boggles my mind...

I applied for my Lmia exempt work permit on aug 11, 2024 and Non express Pnp based PR on Aug 31st. There hasn't been any update on my file till now. I don't know what shuld i do . I think for my Wp they will give me refusal . Cos it already crossed the processing time and as well as i tried raising webforms but nothing worked . I lost all my hopes today

I was in a very similar situation
I applied for LMIA exempt WP on June 16 and PNP non express application on the same day.

I got PAL in December which was two weeks before I got my work permit.

I would suggest contacting local MP and emailing them if it's passed processing time.

I did the same when my application exceeded processing time. it wasn't immediate help but any help is good help in this matter.

I Just called IRCC and got to know that my PVO is Sydney & SVO is Ottawa. The agent told me that the application type of PNP non express entry processing time is of 20 months. She told me the above timeline when I asked her about the non receipt of medical request. So shocking and don't know what to do, when I applied on July 28th 2024 the processing time was 13 months. I thought the 20 months timeline will be for the new application. Don't know how truth is this information from the agent. Let's hope and wait for the best.

what is your timeline?

I did submit my application on Feb 28, 2023 AOR was April 4, 2023 Background check did start on November 28. 2023. Currently it has been 14 months since I'm on A34 SS . And my journey did start on March 1st 2022, when I was invited for provincial nominee to get that they need around 10 months. I'm I fighting with this PR for so long that I'm in stage that I don't care if they refuse or approve my PR application. I just want to finish this nightmare.

They are sending AOR to mid-August applicants right now. Timelines for AOR are currently at 5+ months after submitting application.

Thanks a lot for your update. If provincial nominee gets expired while application is still under process, do we request the province to get renewed?
