Mine is is similar only I started one month earlier than you 2023 April 23, and I had to work with Lawyer to file for Mandamus to get them complelete background check, and still no eCOPR! p2 is Nov 29. hoping to get eCOPR soon. Don't recommend PNP to any one if you can do EE do that my friend got everything done in less than 6 month, me more than 2 years since I started PNP!
At least you passed your security check brother and got your P1 and P2.
I'm in the same boat submitted my federal stage on June 4th 2023, stuck in SS from September 2023.
Doesn't matter if you are applying through the EE or none EE, if you are from middle east you probably will go for A34 Comprehensive and that take more than a year.

Hope you get your ECOPR soon.

I’m currently waiting for my eCOPR. My P1 date is November 21, 2024, and my P2 date is December 4, 2024.
My application tracker shows an update dated January 29, 2025. Does this date indicate anything significant, or could these be ‘ghost update’ at this stage as well?

Hi everyone,

Our non-EE BC PNP application filed 22 months ago. All steps are marked as completed, the tracker still shows the eligibility as "not started."
the main applicant (my wife) recently got a great remote job offer from another province. We're uncertain if she can accept the offer while her PR under BC PNP is still pending. Could this create any issues with the process?
will there be any checking at latest stage to see if PNP candidacy is still valid?

Thanks in advance for your help!

the update date on top right of the tracker means anything?
I have seen that date change numerous times without any update on my application
Is it the date at which the tracker is updated or does it indicate an update to the application

What is KAI method?
Kai Method is sending emails to all Visa Offices (VOs) individually

You can just add @cic.gc.ca at the end of the following:
cic-calgary
cic-etobicoke-landings
ircc.clientportalhm-mhclientportail.ircc
ircc.clientportal-portailclient.ircc
ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc
ircc.clientportalontario-ontarioclientportail.ircc
ircc.clientportaleast-estclientportail.ircc

Hi @Alien2025

Some countries are on the gray list, such as Iran,Iraq, Syria,Pakistan, Jordan,UAE and a couple more, so if you were born or lived or even travel to, your case probably goes for an A34 comprehensive background check.
I used PROBABLY because the decision maker in these cases is the immigration officer and their reviewing supervisor in the final step.

in some other cases, applicants who have a lot of trips will also go to A34.

In the end, all of these words are not certain, and all are based on my understanding as a person who applied in 2023.

How long it's usually taking after biometrics fees payment submitted (Inland Non EE PNP) via IRCC webfrom for them IRCC to actually send out a BIL? I haven't received it yet and on asking for any update visa IRCC client support they mentioned that the reponsible office has not yet received the payment receipt, infact I paid it the very next day and submitted quickly via webform.
I paid while submitting the application form on 23rd July 2024 and then got AOR on 23rd Dec where they asked me to pay biometric fee. Not to waste any more time, I paid again on 27 Dec 2024 and submitted the receipt via Webform. Post that no update or any BIL letter. Now I am assuming that since the timeline has increased to 20 months, they will take their own sweet time to send the BIL. Won't be surprised if it takes months.
