Is anyone from November 2023 still waiting for a response? This is non express entry PR. I've been stuck in security not started for 5 months now. ATIP suggests no enhanced security check.
Do i now need to wait until July 2025?

Hi all,

Can somebody confirm whether one is required to include a part-time position while applying for the federal PR application? I've received the provincial nomination for my full-time position. But I also work part-time, but I did not include information about the part-time when I submitted the federal application.

Kindly advise whether I should raise a webform and include a Letter of Explanation. Since I do not have my application # yet, can you provide instructions how to get that?

P.S: I've not received AOR yet.

Can any one advise me how to get the correspondence letter stating one would be on a maintained status until the decision is made after apply for extension before the work permit expiry date?

You should get a letter a day after you apply for WP extension.

Are they staggering the AOR's deliberately? People that applied before me were getting it in 4 months, why is it taking them so long for people who applied after July??

@Miss bee what do you think about the delay in the process of issuing AOR for August applicants? Is it potentially due to the increase of the processing time (20 months) for non express entry applications?

I have my PNP and work permit support letter and i intend on using it to apply for PR PNP non EE. But my PGWP is gonna expirein june before i get an AOR in 4-7 months to extend BOWP what can i do. Can my work place do the employer compliance fee and i go on closed work permit

You have to give again for PR application.

Yep, Doesn't Matter even if you are Non express, you can create and have an access on application tracker.
