Non- Canadian travel documents for refugee

quick question im a refugee status and waiting for my PR, and was wanting to travel outside Canada for Vacation?
2 questions.
1) With this travel document do i still need to apply for a Visa in USA or say Europe, or does it act like A Canadian passport>?

2) which countries am i Visa free in ?

NO. you need on your part process necessary visas ... the same passport as espeficia there. reads very well ...

in the pages of the specified there.

I use it twice.
for USA, you need a visa ... not that country be you. but you need visas to enter the countries are the same ... even you have this document.

is confusing. I had the same question as you. but go to the U.S. Embassy. I explain there.
