I know there's the big Buffalo thread already. But I didn't find one for non-American passport holders applying through Buffalo. I was trying to get an idea and see how much longer Buffalo would take for non-American applicants as compared to American applicants.
My application was received by CIC Mississauga early June, transferred to Buffalo in late July. I noticed quite a few of people of the same timeline(I think they must be American passport holders) have gotten PPR already but my Ecas stays at Application Received!!
Anybody else like me out there please?
