please don't multi post the same question. Ask your question under Provincial Nomination. Score is low and AINP has to select your NOC which province doesn't publish.

If you have a connection to the province (e.g. job offer in the province, close family member living in the province) then you may have a chance.

If AINP deems your NOC as in-demand and select it with your score, then it is possible. However, they give more weight to those with family, job offer, living and working in Alberta, and being bilingual.

Without a job offer or connection in the province, I think you should assume the chances are very low and explore other options. Good luck.
