I can't seem to find a relevant noc code for 'Customer Success Associate' or even 'Account Management Associate'. This role is very different from that of customer service and technical sales. It is similar to that of 0125 but not on a managerial level, hence I'm not sure if I can use that code.

- Creation, submission and confirmation of Microsoft orders along with any order modifications required.
- Maintain high accuracy rate on every Microsoft sales order entered.
- Prevent, reduce and resolve rejected orders: maintain rejection rate below 3% & resolution time within 1 day.
- Prioritize and manage high volume of requests from customers and sales teams.
- Provide customers with order confirmation within 2 HR SLA (minimum).
- Provide coverage support to extended MS Order Management team (when required).
- Product catalog setup and maintenance (i.e. reactivating sources/items, swapping out items on orders, setting up items).
- Resolution of purchase order pricing issues.
- Provide proactive communication to customers on status of orders.
- Communicate order/contract progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing Customer discussions with sales team.
- Engage the customer directly to resolve issues, clarify order requirements and ensure delivery of order.
- Keep customers proactivity informed about the status of their orders.
- Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Proactively search and provide replacement products to customers and sales when needed.
