NOC rejection. Anyone?

Now I would like to say that the reference letter that I have submitted, has all the duties as mentioned in the LEAD STATEMENT of the above NOC.
But when it comes to the "MAIN DUTIES",
I have all the duties mentioned for an Investment Analyst and dont have any duties as mentioned for Financial Analyst as my job roles were more closely related to Investment analyst only and not the Financial analyst.


So my question is, will my reference letter will be cleared as it only meets the Investment Analyst criteria and NOT the Financial Analyst criteria as listed? Yes

I have the same problem as many above on this thread my duties dont fall under any NOC being a quality engineer as it is part of various NOCs. When contacted HRSDC everytime I ask them they give me a different NOC so that tells me they are confused also. Now what that means for me is duties dont match exactly not even 20%. So I dont know what to do.
