I am working as a civil contractor in phed I. E. Water works and I have done contracts related to water pipeline repair and maintenance, operations of pump houses, strengthening of water reservoir and few renovation of civil quarters. I am basically responsible for timely execution of those contracts end to end Can someone please suggest a suitable noc code as I am very much confused.

It is in B so it qualifies but what about 2234 because I fulfill almost all responsibilities and being a contractor I have to take part in bidding process and maintain costs and expenses on my side
