I applied as as legally separated but now post Ita I see no field to upload supporting documents By this cic have not asked for any documents ? What does it mean? Any suggestions ?

I am filling post Ita forms. I have applied as legally separated but now there is a field which asks fill any previous marriage or relationship. Does it mean if I had any other marriage except the one which I am declaring separated? Or do I have to provide details about my current situation.
