Please i request an opinion on how to go further from here

My NOC code matches 2131 (A Level) and 2255 (B Level)
Am having 2 Master of Science Degree, one in Geography and one in Geoinformatics
I have work experience for 3+ years if i match the ONLY job tittle from both the code from and overall it more than 6 years
The Job tittle that i have shows GIS & Remote Sensing Specialist, Project Engineer and Production Engineer.

I would like to know inspite of having 2 Master degree and Job Tittle that matches 2131 A Level, most of my work experience have been from 2255 (B level). How does it affect in my Express Entry application if i choose NOC code 2255 ?

Secondly how does selecting the code for eg 2255 in Express Entry affect me in getting job offer from Employer in Canada ? Does he see that i have 2 master degree and my job tittle have been like Engineer, Specialist in my resume and now offering Technician, Technologist doesnt fall in line for Company and CIC people both. Or entire employer call to offer and make decision.

Lastly i also wish and request if any member is from similar background or understand my question than to suggest me what Province is more better to apply Express Entry.

Does the selection of A level code i.e. 2131 or B level code i.e. 2255 affect the Express Entry application or slow down the processing time or reduce the opportunity of having or finding job in actual terms. I mean what is more better to apply with and the idea is to have job that an employer could afford and job that are really available in Canada Market.

Thank you in advance

Best regards

When choosing yorur NOC, jon titles are nkt relevant, they use it as example. What matters is that your duties are those or at leaste very similar to those listed under the NOC
