NOC CODE CHANGE AFTER RECIEVED ITA

We recently received an ITA under the healthcare category-based draw. My wife was working full-time in the healthcare profession as a salaried employee. However, after receiving the ITA, her job transitioned from Physiotherapy Assistant (NOC 32109) to Resident Physiotherapist (NOC 3142), and she is now self-employed. I am currently working full-time as a restaurant supervisor.

We would like to know how to update her NOC code after receiving the ITA and whether this change will impact our Express Entry application process.

Her employment details are as follows:

Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) Salaried: June 15, 2023, to September 22, 2023 (25 hours/week).
Physiotherapy Assistant (NOC 32109) Salaried: September 25, 2023, to November 1, 2024 (35 hours/week).
Resident Physiotherapist (NOC 3142 - Self-Employed): November 4, 2024, to present (37.5 hours/week).

She is good, she just needs to be eligible for the healthcare category-based draw that is she has accumulated, within the past 3 years, at least 6 months of full-time, continuous work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work experience).

And just keep in mind that self-employment doesn't count as CEC, but that's not relavant in your case.
Do I need to rise web form to make change in application? How do I make change it as it is already transmitted? I need to edit my end date in last job and enter new job history.
