Hello,

I got a reference letter from my company, but it can be applied to 2 NOC codes (and fits the lead statements) as mentioned below.

My degree: Electrical Engineering.
My job title: Electrical and electronics engineer.
Option 1:
NOC code : 22310 – Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians.
Option 2: NOC code : 21310 - Electrical and electronics engineers.

I selected option 1 because my reference letter has all the required job duties, while I did only 7 of the 9 duties mentioned in the NOC for option 2.

I'm concerned that "Employment requirements" is better if I select option 2.

Should I change the NOC code (even though the duties match 100%) or be concerned about the "employment requirements"?

Regards.

There is no Option 2 as 4 digit NOCs were just phased into Option 1 (TEER/5 digit)

I received my invitation prior to the implementation of the new TEER system. So what would you advice? :)

There are instructions on the IRCC website if you received nomination before new TEER system. There is a NOC/TEER number to use.
I see. I just edited the question with the 5 digit code. Please take a look again :)
