Its important to understand the basis of charging.
Some of our friends are getting charged now while being applied in december.
Some of our friends got their application back after being applied in october or november.
I think DD date is important here. People who applied late but got there DD's made on an earlier date, may get the preference. Its just a guess.
Any body having any clue on the same ?

No, such things don't work against embassy work ethics.
Moreover, I m related to 1123, Application reached by Nov 15, 2014
As per CIC newsletter email of mid november 2014 dated november 14, 2014, only 3 nocs were capped out I.e. 1112,2173,2174
So, its clear that the applications that reached there by mid november are most probably safe.
Rest if we go by applications chart of cic that was around 800 by mid December 2014 ,including both the pending onez under processing and completed ones.
Anyone with more clarity, kindly revert.

Hi mates, I thought my FSW application is waiting to be returned recently cos I found some accounts indicate they got an email/returning application due to the cap of 1123. However...see below

Can you share some information regarding the return reason? is it due to 1123 capped or global 25000 capped?
Try EE at once and improve your ielts score as you can!
Just to inform you that I read the letter yesterday afternoon when I got home and it was due to the 1000 cap being filled for NOC 1123. Therefore my application could not be considered. I applied thru Express Entry and got accepted with 289 points. I am not sure if that score will give me a chance.

As per the CIC update on NOC cap shared on 12-12-2014 the NOC 1123 cap was 385. however, the latest update on 16-12-2014 says CAP fillied is 482 and there is one more column added on number of applications completed the Completeness check but, are awaiting MI review. Such applications are 340 in number for NOC 1123. Which makes the total of 822 applications already ready for CAP and hardly approx 175 caps to be fillied to reach 1000 number.
Also, when they say 340 are done with completeness check, which mean these applications must have reach almost 1-1.5 months prior.
Thus, in last 1 month many more applications would have reached for my NOC and mine have reach only on 15th
Am i still in race ?? I am very worried.
Can seniors please suggest or give their views.

Can you please share the page online where you see these numbers? I am not able to find the location where I can see the cap related information. I am in the same category.
