Thanks for your prompt responseHello, I received an EOI from ON when I was in the pool of EE.
Hey broHi all,
I am currently (since 2011) an IT/Telco consultant NOC 2171 but worked before as Network engineer NOC 2147. In my EE profile I put 2147 as principal/main NOC. I received NOI from Ontario filled in, paid the fees and my application is in assessment with Ontario now. Ontario come back to me yesterday asking to change NOC code in EE profile. I entered to my EE profile but couldn't find a way to change since I already submitted. May I create a new one and send its screenshot to OINP? Does this affect my immigration procedure ?
Submit: create EE PROFILE and send ghe information to the pool.H
Hey bro
What do you mean by I already submitted? What did you submit? Shouldn’t we wait till we get nomination then submit? Why couldn’t you change a thing in profile?
Hi there my name is Akash and I have the same question, right now I'm working in a manufacturing company full time with permanent position but when I started I used to work through agency in this company I worked for 5 months and then I got full time position in the company now my agency gave me a title of CNC MACHINIST but when I got full time company gave me a title of CNC MACHINE OPERATOR but the duties and responsibilities are mostly the same now when I made my EE profile I added both the experiences and same titles of CNC MACHINIST now I got the NOI as well so I'm confused if I go to my EE profile and make a change in my second job title from CNC machinist to CNC machine operator then my NOI still be valid or if I don't change the title in EE and apply to OINP with titles 1 CNC MST and title 2 CNC M O will I get the nomination or they gonna rejectHello, it is possible and does not impact you application if your job is still in in the same class. I did it after a recommendation from OINP from 2171 to 2174 and received nomination.
Ok fair enough! I don’t see the reason why you were not able to change something in your profile though! Once you SUBMIT your profile it is obviousely possible to update your info. Correct me if I’m wrongSubmit: create EE PROFILE and send ghe information to the pool.
Below is the process:
Create EE profile, wait for EOI from a pnp or wait for direct extraction if you cgs score is enough.
Once you have EOI from a province, you create a profile with the government of this province or territory, you pay and you wait the nomination. If you had the nomination you ll receive 600 points which will allow you to be extracted in the next round and get ITA. Then you shoild apply in the federal process within 60 days after recepetion of ITA and pay the federal amount for processing your file.
I haven't applied to oinp directly yet so if I change my job title in EE my NOI still valid??Ok fair enough! I don’t see the reason why you were not able to change something in your profile though! Once you SUBMIT your profile it is obviousely possible to update your info. Correct me if I’m wrong
That’s a very good question and I am looking for the answer tooI haven't applied to oinp directly yet so if I change my job title in EE my NOI still valid??
It os always possible to change anything until the submission of the federal application (post ITA) but if the NOC is not suitavke for the PNP programme then the EOI could be withdrawn. Imagine you put a NOC of an engineer in IT for instance, you receive an EOI, then you change NOC to something not kn demand in the province who sent you EOI. They may decline the EOI.Ok fair enough! Hi, you have to mention your current experience [2014-now] during provincial and federal steps. It is mnadatory for the background check!Guys i need urgent help i have received NOI from ontario yesterday with CRS 449, I have total experience of around 14 years under the same NOC which is declared as my primary NOC in express entry profile. The problem i am facing is that I have only declared experience with my last employer from 2006 to August 2014 in my EE profue though working in same NOC since then i had not disclosed the experience with my current employer as I dont want to disclose my intention to migrating Canada as this stage and due to other reasons. As per OINP experience requirement you need to have atleast one year in last 5 years, however, if i go only with my past experience it wont be enough to qualify
Please suggest
messHi, you have to mention your current experience [2014-now] during provincial and federal steps. It is mnadatory for the background check!
All what you have to do to prove this experience in the same NOC is to request a reference letter with job duties , payments, contract...and to add all of this to the EE profile. Once done, you have to inform OINP with this change in your EE with snapshots, EE number...
It is not about points but background check. In this phase of bckgnd check cic will verify all of your experience, trips, addresses, bank transactions...if you are working and not mentioning it, it could result an issue on your bkgnd check (it looks like you are hiding something). Can you please specify why you do not want to mention your current experience? Thanks for your message, however, I dont think it is mandatory to add that experience in the my EE profile as I am not claiming any points for that
mess
Dear please understand I am not hiding anything as far as I know you only need to mention that experience for which you are claiming points, for other experience you only need to mention in your personal history post ITA with relevant explanations in letter of explanation which will be used for background check. This is normal and practiced in routine. It is not about points but background check.
