Understood. I am tellong yoi this because from my personal experience with OINP, i put a different noc from the principal for my last experience of 8 years. Then they came back to me asking to proof an experience of at least 1 year during the last 5 years in the main NOC to be admissible. It happened to me I had to change the noc of my last experience to the main noc and explain this to OINP. This isbmy experience and based on what I responded.
Dear thanks for your concern and help I may prove my work experience through other supports such as pay slips tax deduction certificate salary credits in my bank account, transfer letter, income tax return, employee card and other supports, However, i will not be able to fetch reference letter from my employer in current format, i can get endorsement letter from few of my company colleagues to support this.
Hey This is urgent I have received NOI feom oinp I have same issue my NoC in ee is 2173 but my duties match 2174 should i update ee noc to 2174? or should i submit my application to oinp and they ll recommend for the same?
You can change it and inform OINP it will not impact the application if you explain very well the change and make snapshot of the change in your ee profite and send it to OINP.
Normally no, for me I made it after NOI from 2171 to 2147 but it was after a request from OINP, means that I applied for nomination paid and submitted then OINP came back to me asking something about main NOC and I figured out that I have to change the NOC of my last experience, the one that counts and litterally OINP in their message suggested that at the time. 2174 and 2173 are very close so if OINP sent you noi for one they will keep you for the other one normally, my assumption. Look, before doing anything try to find the demanded NOCs in the Ontario website and if you find both NOCs then it should be fine to change.
thankyou, yes 2174 is present in tech occupation list but i am just afraid that this wont impact NOI.
I told you that I was suggested by the programme to change the NOC (after two weeks of the submission), so I did it and sent an LOE with a snapshot of the new NOC in my EE profile. I believe you can change your NOC in the EE profile from 2173 to 2174 without any problem and during submission of the OINP application write a word to Ontario about that.
How come?? The change in profile should take 1 day to be updated. I think it is a system glitch.
