You can look at the draw list from the past few years to see. Assume you have your Saskatchewan Level II or III ECE certification since you have to be to get SINP. The province will only select the NOC if there is a need for ECEs. So if there is no need, it will not be selected.
Look at Alberta but they have only been selecting inland, LMIA, family members for a while. They don’t publish the selected NOCs. That would be the only province without a job offer and LMIA.

What is your SINP score.It appears in the draw list many times before Dec 2020 but since we applied in end of Dec or Jan its out of drawn by the last draw held on 06 May.
You just have to wait and see if your NOC is drawn with that score. The last draws in the fall 2020 were over 75 with that NOC.
By the way lastly when 4214 drawn out in the month of Nov 2020 then cut off was 78.
Google AINP. A family friend doesn’t help you it must be a sibling or parent.Please elaborate a little more about Alberta program for same NOC. Right now we have a family friend living there and ready to provide full legal support of any kind.
It is not in demand.From Dec 2020 to May 2021 complete 6 months No NOC 4214 in SINP selection at all.
