Its almost six months now, NOC 4214 has not been in the list of SINP draw.

What would be the possibilities for future draws.

Any chances for job visa in any state(s) / province(s) in subject NOC.

You can look at the draw list from the past few years to see. Assume you have your Saskatchewan Level II or III ECE certification since you have to be to get SINP. The province will only select the NOC if there is a need for ECEs. So if there is no need, it will not be selected.

Look at Alberta but they have only been selecting inland, LMIA, family members for a while. They don’t publish the selected NOCs. That would be the only province without a job offer and LMIA.

Dear Naturgrl,

Thank you for the response. My wife has a ECE Level II licensure from MoE, Saskatchewan and a real blood Canadian national sister living in Sask since 2010.

Okay but has the NOC been drawn over the past year or two? What is your SINP score.
