120 Days completed after the file went into "In Process" no MR yet from NDVO, when will we see NDVO starting to see MR's???

hi forum member it would be great help if u tell the profession u are working in&in which field
NOC 4131 is getting rejection especially from LVO&the reason what members r telling is mismatch duty
Myself is engineering lecturer.i think the field in which we r working is important and the job duties
about NVDO who knowwwwwwwwwssssssssssss

Every Visa Office has plan to work. My Guess is that NDVO is working on first step. In this step they are taking decision on every file. After this they will move on second step. find out folks here whose ecase is not showing process date. When all pending files will finish then they will move on next step. Here is the Guess plan of NDVO for pre-june 2010 --
1. Jan,Feb,March -> Finalize All priority Applicants + Finalize pre-june applicants = use 25% Visa Quota.
2. April,May,June -> Pre-Process All pre-june applicants = Count Total Visa Required for pre-june = use visa quota ? not decided by Minister
3. July,Aug,Sep -> Finalize All priority Applicants + Finalize pre-june applicants = use 50% Visa Quota.
4. oct,nov,dec -> Finalize All priority Applicants + Finalize pre-june applicants = use 25% Visa Quota.

This is only my guess. My resources is consultant, immigration lawyer etc. I don't know how much this is correct. But According Today situation of NDVO, I may say; they follow this plan.

So According to this plan NDVO can start to send MR in june or july.

so as per your calculation still 75% quota reserve @ NDVO ( waiting for Ministrial go ahead ) ?

why other VOs are going forward for issuing Medicals - less application / less quota .

Hi Members..I'm a very new member here and wants to share experience of new added baby into process for only MI-3 applicants.My timeline is, NOC 3215 and I've applied on 06/12/11, Got PER on 17/01/12 and AOR on 21/02/12..We were bless with a Son on 07/02/12.
I requested CHC NDVO to updated my family info with new born baby on 19/03/12 and our DD got cashed after a week..We are still waiting for Medical from New Delhi..How long it can take to get MR

Any MI-3 member have added a baby to "in process" case please share time line..I'll be heartily thankful to you for this
