Hi all
One of my friend who applied under noc 4011 - currently in canada and doing post-doc fellowship in canada, called CIC today morning and asked about the status of his application. he did phd in india and applied under noc 4011 of FSW 2014. application was sent by him on 17th december from canada.
he received the following information.
'' we wont be able to tell the date of charging because application verification departmemt is separate from finance department. for this NOC all applications completeness check till december 31 has been done and till now the total has not reached the cap and all applications have been sent for ministerial instructions. to call or send email to CIC 3 months after the application received date at CIC. We can neither give you the UCI number or application status as of now.

it seems that there is a separate team in CIC to deal with applications after capping and they just send them back to the applicants.
also i feel that some customer care agents are good enough to give more information but some try to end the telephonic conversation at the earliest.
my friend has tried many times earlier to contact cic via phone and received very negligible information from those calls and i was surprised to get the detailed information from him.

According this forum. .the last PER for noc4011 is 23rd October who received per on 22nd January. I am 24th October applicant. I should get the PER mail by now. But no news yet! Is there any further information about receiving per after 23rd October ?

I calculated cap date about 1111, 1123, 2132, 2133 and 4011.
I assumed that the date of the last updating on 12.16 is till 10.31, my result is：
1111（n 931）11.14 cap
1123（n 822）12.10 cap.
2132（n 907）11.19 cap.
2133（n 777）12.23 cap.
4011（n 813）12.12 cap.
Other NOC should not cap till 12.31 .

Formula: (1000-n)/(n/184)
Note: 184 is days from 5.1 to 10.31

Could you please tell us when were you charged? We all believe that the last charging for this NOC 4011 happened last year.
