as far as 4011 is concerned, you have a very good chance of being picked if you stick to "to do" list.

Do mean they last charged someone in this category on 16th Oct (who may have applied earlier) or they charged for some 16th Oct applicant? I applied on 9th n haven't been charged as yet :(
 
i am 19 nov applicant... n my frd is of 30 OCT.. still waiting to be charged.

Things are not looking good for noc 4011 as recent charge was almost a month ago..

I am afraid, it looks 4011 has been capped in mid October. Good luck for EE.

Yes Buddy...I too have the same feeling..even some of the charges happened after 12 Dec (updated in forum) are from sep applicants and not after 16 Oct.

My friend has sent applications 15 days after me...he is completely sad now.

Wish charging should start again but dont know it will happen when i see the trend of other cap filled applications..

Your PM box is full. Please try and delete some of them. Your question on "That shows one of the most recent charging." What do you mean by this?'
It means that charging may not have been done on some earlier application dates. Charging does not always come in the order of file submission. There are many immigration officers. It depends on the immigration officer handling the file. he may be slow, he may be fast. He may want to make further enquiries on a particular file(s) before charging. Oct 15 applicant might be charged before an oct 1st applicant, if the officer is satisfied with the documents of the oct 1st applicant, while charging may take place on the 15 oct applicant once it has been cleared of the query (it could be after 1 month). for example, I am an August applicant, but some September applicants received PER long before me. I was worried. I just got a mail that CIC could not verify my ECA report on-line. I responded to WES and I got my PER 5 days later. apparently the WES ECA verification slowed down my application. Your file might have been picked for further verification or its not your turn yet to be charged. once you have submitted a complete file, just wait patiently. its a waiting game. I received my PER after 100 days of file submission, and its one of the normal trends in the forum.

I am nov 14 applicant, all the November applicant still chance because according to last update made by CIC , they received 813 application till 12 dec.
Hope for the best. In my case, i applied on august but my file was rejected on 20th oct deemed incomplete( ECA report photocopy was attached and they need original) I resend my file in november, received by CIO on 14th Nov. If every thing gone ok, i will be charged by end of this month.

Thanks for the comments but my concern is that there is not ANY charge for 4011 after Oct 16... They have stopped charging this NOC.

I personally believe the game is over for us. I hope I am wrong.

Please update if you have got any new information.

Brother.. thanks for detailed info...

if we consider individual case you might be right for verification thing.. but brother non of noc 4011 is charged after 16-12. which give the feeling that cap is reached for noc 4011.. my frd is of 30 OCT .. he is still waiting to be charged . i can understand to be sure we have to wait.. but lets say nothing happens after 2 weeks doesn't it mean that cap has been reached ?

i am 19 nov applicant... i wish you ll get charge soon so i start counting days after your charge :)

can you give exact dates of your file received and returned(your first try)?

My application for 4011 reached on 30th Dec, If i get in the cap , It means everyone gets in.... :P
I feel we all have a chance as this is not a hot NOC.

I also have a hunch that CIC is becoming picky about the applications.
Correct me if i'm wrong here, The FSW2014 spread sheet has stopped updating after 31st dec.
I don't see a single new entry in NOC By fee encashed date tab.
Also, CIC has removed the application cap page for FSW 2014.

I read some where that with respect to CIC "No News is Good news"
So keeping my fingers crossed.
Keep you chin up folks, I'm sure we'l all make it.
