Dear members I'm new in this forum and I really need advice from you. WES evaluated my education as Master's degree, also I attached document which shows that now I'm PhD student in my country (from Nov. 2014- Nov 2016). The problem is that I forgot to mention the entrance of PhD study in my attached sheet of schedul A (Personal history) CIO received my application on 19th November. Any ideas what should I do.

No worries...there are many people with these kind of small discrepancies got PER.

4011 was very slow till sep.
yes , last 2 months, they atonce added 150 plus.

reason, they were FOCUSING ON hot NOCS i.e. 2171,

still i m sure, it will not CAP till 31 dec 14.
[i was eligible for it too as taught in univrsty for 1.5 yr.. however applied in 1123 as more experience in it]

HI 4011 Folks,

I have seen many NOC 4011 topics but thought to start a new topic for Fee encashed & PER date as it will be useful for our colleagues to predict the status of their applications.

Its evident that NOC 4011 become one of the hot NOC with maximum number of applications updated during the recent CIC CAP updates (Last three times). It might have already reached 1000 by November end or at least by December end.

I request all to share the following information. Please share your bank details (Which bank DD or CC and country) as its not available in SS and will be useful for the members who used same bank.

Application Received Date at CIC: 03 Oct 2014 (latest in SS)
Fee Method and Bank name, country: CC & ______________
Fee en cashed date: 05 Dec 2014
PER received date:

Sametime, the topic is never restricted to the above mentioned details and we can discuss additional points with respect to NOC 4011 if needed.

2171 may be one of the reason for the recent hikes in 4011.

But highest probability goes with the reason that 4011 was not there in the recent years, and lead to delay in applications due to wes and IELTS.

So no wonder its getting its peak from September onwards as its a common NOC for all professions.

Otherwise, capping or not capping is not in our speculations..we will come to know only at the end.

We all need to wait and watch!

Can anybody explain the following questions:

Encashed means: application is complete with all supporting documents?????

If only ur application is complete, will the visa officer review ur application for eligibility review?

Wt are all the reasons for negative eligibility review?
