NOC 4011 Capped???????????

my noc 4011 was reached on 25 november still no updates..
one of my friend who got PER and his application reached on 26 nov in another NOC.
so what happen with NOC 4011?
any one charged for noc 4011 after 25th november?

Hope u could have already got information on CAP for NOC 4011 in OCt end.

My close friend applied on 29 Oct yet to get his appl.

Hope all from india will receive at the same time by Mar end.
