I'm about to finalize my SV. Faced a little problem finalizing SVR. In my medical transcript there is Dr. before my name. But in rest of my documents my name is same. They are saying there is difference in name and want an explanation for this. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Dont put Dr. before name in SVR though it is in transcript. I also had the same issue. But it is not a problem actually. They will go through your all documents and decide accordingly. It is a very common practice that Dr. is placed before the name of physicians though it is not the part of name.
You can give them a message from your account explaining the situation and that is enough.

I got mail from visa office that
I should submit "MEDICAL NOTE STATING EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY."

What does this means? Should i submit report from a gynaecologist or sholud i submit my ultrasound report.
Kindly reply. So much worried??

Ask your gynaecologist to prepare a Medical report on hospital letterhead regarding your condition, EDD and
ultrasound report with her name and stamp. Good luck

guys can u tell me one thing I am doing svr for mine transcript n medical degree. ecfmg had send documents to mine college with one verification form with copy of transcript n medical degree then mine college send to ecfmg filling that form with office seal n stamp n sign and copy of transcript n medical degree but that time they verified only transcript. again ecfmg send verification form transcript n medical degree to college then college send similar doc to ecfmg but still mine medical degree not verified. mcc send me mes that college should fill up two form but ecfmg send only one form. really college should have to fill up two form

This is a case of miscommunication between your med college and the ECFMG. Since the ECFMG are doing such source procedures for USMLE,MCC and AMC they are very strict about their procedures and MCC or ECFMG will never disclose you about those forms; why don't u ask your med college to call you ,the next time they send the forms to be filled and verified. So that you can see those forms and verified materials and make sure everything is in right order. This way you can also ask ur med college to courier your docs by paying them some amount for courier and save you valuable 20 to 30 days which otherwise will be taken by regular mail that ur med college will opt to use.
