AOR might arrive at least after 25 days from The PER email date. Don't be surprised if your visa office shifts to either Colombo or Warsaw,Coz most of the applicants from sept, oct, nov and dec with NDVO are having their Vo shifted.But if your VO remains New Delhi then you may not receive any AOR email, they will only send you MR request, RPRF and PCC . As a non medical friend tells me Xray chest P/A, blood and urine tests, Blood pressure record and a quick thorough body exam is conducted, ECG not sure . A sum is paid and no body knows for sure what they test for in blood and urine( may be CBC,Urine r/e,LFT,RFT RBS VDRL,HIV I and II, HBsAg, Anti HBc, urine for amphetamines, cocaine etc etc .If everything is ok they will ask you to come to get few vaccinations on a following date .

Good morning bro.
MR ,RPRF and PCC is requested in the same email By the visa office.The visa office in your application case could now be NDVO,COLOMBO or WARSAW. It may be assumed that they are randomly redistributing the files to other visa office to promote swifter processing of files and reduce the workload on NDVO. MR requests are sent somewhere around 45 to 90 days from PER email. The average Visa stamping may take up to somewhere around 240 to 280 days from the date of application received at CIO, to the maximum it may take 300 days.NDVO generally sends MR request earlier after PER email but it takes time to request for Passport ( assuming that NDVO doesn't send AOR email) .BUt COLOMBO and WARSAW send MR request late after PER email but takes less time to request passport thereafter.Overall the average days remain the same.PR is life long visa but after a continuous stay of at least 3 years in Canada anyone on a PR visa is eligible to apply for a Citizenship with CIC. They need to take a test and pass it .

Application received 24 December 10.33 AM Mode of payment DD, Encashment time- Not Known.

Diligentdoc had mentioned that his application package returned back with a note saying global cap has been reached. he is a december 30th appicant. But I know 2 friends who are december 30th applicants and are single candidates and their CC was charged.

So I am trying to understand some things here...

Travel history delays the application? I visited The US back in 2012 for three months.

Do they called or verified your experience letters?
i have attached govt. experience letters of different hospitals of Govt. you have attached the same? or not
i am in Malaysia from last three years but i mentioned London visa for processing. do they select visa office by their own?
